Due to the instant digital nature of our service and the immediate delivery of generated photos, all sales are final. Once you complete a payment and receive your generated professional photos, we generally do not offer refunds.

- Photos are delivered instantly and are immediately available for download
- We cannot "take back" digital products once delivered
- Processing costs with third-party services (Google Gemini AI, Stripe) are incurred immediately
3. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
While sales are generally final, we may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:
3.1 Technical Failures
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged but did not receive any generated photos due to a technical error on our end
- Our service failed to process your image after multiple attempts
- The generated photos are completely corrupted or unreadable due to a system malfunction
- You were charged multiple times for a single transaction
3.2 Service Unavailability
If our service was completely unavailable at the time of your purchase and you received no photos at all, you may be eligible for a refund.
3.3 Billing Errors
If you were incorrectly charged an amount different from the displayed price ($1.99), we will refund the difference or the entire transaction as appropriate.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- You are dissatisfied with the artistic quality or style of the generated photos
- The AI-generated photos do not match your specific vision or expectations
- You provided unclear, low-quality, or inappropriate source images
- You changed your mind after the photos were generated
- You accidentally deleted the generated photos after downloading
- You did not download the photos before closing your browser (we do not store generated photos)
- The generated photos are similar to your original image or to each other
- You used the photos and then requested a refund
- You claim the photos are not "professional enough" despite receiving properly generated images
Important: AI-generated content is inherently variable and creative. Results may vary based on your input image and description. We cannot guarantee that the AI will produce exactly what you envision.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptional circumstances outlined above, please follow these steps:

- Your transaction ID or payment confirmation email
- The email address used for the transaction
